Seal testing machine
The airtight detector can detect the sealing status of the connector under positive pressure. By applying air pressure to the connector or wiring harness and observing the size and quantity of bubbles in water, the airtightness performance of the wiring harness after thermal shrinkage sealing can be determined. The operation interface is friendly, easy to use, and the performance is stable and reliable. Each group of the test modules has an independent test switch to meet the needs of multiple groups products being tested simultaneously. The detector has preset barometer and timer, when the air pressure reaches the set standard, the timing test starts, and the test stops automatically when the time is up. The equipment has the ability to maintain air pressure, and will alarms for both undervoltage and overvoltage The machine can set and display air pressure and timing, and can be tested for different diameter wire harnesses. The pressure accuracy is ±2% full range.
