The product applies to the heat shrinking of annular terminal, end connector and tubular terminal. The heating module of the machine moves while the wiring harness is fixed, with 5-10 wire harnesses placed in the machine each time. The machine heats up quickly and has good thermal compensation effect. With advanced thermal infrared radiation technology (wave length 3~6um), the heat absorption is highly efficient, even and compact. The parameters can be adjusted to meet different technological requirements of shrinkable tube.

Wide Adaptability to Wire Harness
By adjusting the height of heating module, the machine applies to wire harness of which sectional area is between 2.5 and 120 mm2, and applies to tubes of which diameter is up to 35mm.

The machine reserves network ports for communicating with MES system and realizes intelligent production. The temperature data can be stored, reviewed and exported in 14 days.
