Automated taping equipment for HV products.The specially design can realize taping on the wire harness very close to the end of the wire connector, achieving perfect taping of large drop diameter wire harnesses. Taping can be done on corrugated pipe and PVC sleeves. The machine can preset complex motion trajectories, taping length, number of taping turns, and taping overlap rate through parameter settings on the display . The entire taping and cutting process is fully automatic, the only job for the operator is to put cable up and down the machine.

Automation jobs done by the device include automatic clamping, automatic winding, machine head automatic alignment, automatic cutting and so on. The only job for the equipment operator is to put wire harness on and off the machine.
