The product applies to heat & shrink super long or double tubes of annular terminal, end connector and tubular terminal. The heating module of the machine moves while the wiring harness is fixed. Both sides of the working station can run in turns, with 5-10 wire harnesses placed on each side. The machine heats up quickly and has good thermal compensation effect. With advanced thermal infrared radiation technology (wave length 3～6um), the heat absorption is highly efficient, even and compact. The parameters can be adjusted to meet different technological requirements of shrinkable tube.

Two Tubes Are Heated Simultaneously
Two heat-shrinkable tubes on one wire harness can be heated simultaneously. The maximum distance between the two tubes is 150mm or customized.
Parameters of Four Heating Modules Are Set Respectively and Independently
The temperatures of four heating modules are set separately to meet different technical requirements of various shrinkable tubes.
Wide Adaptability to Wire Harness
By adjusting the height of heating module, the machine applies to wire harness of which sectional area is between 2.5 and 240 mm2.

Good Quality of Heating, Shrinking and Cooling
After the heating-shrinking process is completed, the glue melts evenly, the tube is cooled enough and the harnesses do not adhere to one another.

The machine reserves network ports for communicating with MES system and realizes intelligent production. The temperature data can be stored, reviewed and exported in 14 days.
