The heat shrinking machine applies to shrinking the tubes at middle or ending point of wire harness. The heating module moves along Y-axis and the wire harness bracket moves along the X-axis, while wire harness are fixed. Multi-wire and multi-position-tube on one wire can be processed each time. The heat absorption is highly efficient, even and compact. The parameters can be adjusted to meet different technological requirements of shrinkable tube.

The machine can heat tubes at middle position of the harness, and applies to wire harness whose sectional area is between 2.5 and 240mm2,and applies to long tube whose length is less than 90mm. In addition, by setting suitable program, the equipment realizes heating at multi-position tubes on one wire and complex baking process.
